    If a customer requests disclosure of their personal information under the Personal Information Protection Law, we will promptly disclose it after verifying the requestor's identity. If the requested information does not exist, we will notify the customer. However, this does not apply in cases where our Shop is not legally obligated to disclose the information.

    If a customer requests correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information due to inaccuracies, we will verify the requestor’s identity, conduct necessary investigations, and make appropriate corrections as needed. We will then notify the customer of the outcome. If we decide not to make changes, we will inform the customer of our decision.
