Up to 3 days before: Free 2 days before to the day before: 30% of the reservation amount

・If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us at least 3 days in advance.
・Please note that if you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation, the menu may be limited or your reservation may be canceled.

・This service is a "hair and makeup experience activity." It is not a promotion for a specific cosmetic brand or a touch-up service sponsored by a brand.

We are not currently selling any products, but we plan to increase our inventory in the future.

・For details about the cosmetic brands to be used, please ask our staff on the day.

Please note that we currently do not have any costumes available.

Regarding treatment time: If you are booking for two or more people, the treatment time may be about one hour longer than usual. If you have any questions, please contact us in advance.

Regarding changes, lateness and cancellations: Please see the "Cancellation Policy" above for details.

Reservations required: Reservations are required. Walk-ins are not accepted.
